Add-on Modules

RentWorks offers a full suite of add-on modules, essential to the successful car rental operator:

Credit Card Processing (CCPRO) automates credit card authorizations and end of day batch settlements. CCPRO saves counter agents time by reducing key strokes and data entry errors. It also provides a security check against credit card fraud.  CCPRO's advanced technology only requires one Internet connection for multiple workstations, while bank-supplied systems require multiple phone lines.  In addition, the bank-supplied printer can be eliminated because with RentWorks, the appropriate information prints directly on the rental agreement.

BARSMail2 allows emails to be sent and received from within RentWorks.  Messages can be replied to, forwarded, or printed.  You can also mark a message as "Keep as New" so you will always be alerted to read your email.  

TimeClock is an integrated electronic punch-clock with which employees can "clock in" and "clock out".  It will keep track of employees' time during any type of pay period, including weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly.  TimeClock records all transactions for each employee by date, time, and type.  Once information is approved, it can be sent to an Excel spreadsheet. 

Claims Manager electronically tracks all of the accident claims information - including photographs.  Claims can be entered quickly by pulling renter and vehicle data from RentWorks.  Unlimited renters, third parties, vehicles, as well as extra comments, can be entered.

Reservation Links allow data to be loaded automatically into RentWorks from the major franchisors such as Budget, Dollar, Payless, and Thrifty, plus affiliate reservation systems such as ACE, FOX, and CRX.

Insurance Connection Online is your link to insurance companies such as State Farm for the local replacement market.  Reservations taken from the Insurance Connection Client flow directly into your RentWorks system.

Accounting Interfaces are available with RentWorks so that data can be exported to popular packages such as QuickBooks, MAS200, Peachtree, Great Plains, and Sage Line 50.  You can also interface with the Dealership Management Systems from ADP or Reynolds & Reynolds.  The primary file is created by the Daily Business Report, once it has been balanced.  For most interfaces, if a Direct Bill payment from RentWorks doesn't have an Accounts Receivable record in the accounting system, one is automatically created.

Hand-held devices allow for quick curbside check-in, using a palm device that utilizes wireless LAN technology.  The Bluetooth printer even need a cable.  Integrated laser scanners make fleet physical inventories a breeze. 

RESULTS Report Writer - offered by Progress Software - allows you to create your own customized reports.  Using a simple interface (similar to Microsoft Office), you have access to all the database tables in RentWorks.  You are able to add your own selection criteria and even perform calculations.

Drivers License Cameras can load the complete image of the license into your system.  When you open a contract for that driver, the information is automatically loaded and the image is electronically attached to the rental agreement.

Signature Pads remove the need to rent storage facilities for your rental contracts!  Images of customer signatures are stored on your system with the rental agreement for quick and easy reference.

KCI is a module which allows each rental agent to see how much commission they have earned for upgrades and incremental sales.  If you are a client of the Khoury Consulting Group, it even automates the Daily Game Plan.

The Equifax interface will allow a counter agent to obtain the renteral customer's credit score from this leading credit history reporting bureau.  Through system settings, you can define acceptable scores, how to handle failing scores, and scripts for counter agents to read to the renter.

Rate Highway software imports the Reservation, Contract, Fleet, and Rate data from RentWorks, analyzes it, then compares it to your competitors.
